What should you do before the clear-out?
Set aside documents, keys, photographs, valuables and anything important to the family. Mark any uncertain items or tell us about them before work begins.

Estate clear-out pricing
The price depends on item volume, property size, floor, lift access, carrying distance, transport and optional services. Detached-house or estate clear-outs start from €600. The final price is confirmed from the property details.
Waste, recycling and receiving fees are billed separately according to the actual amount and the facility's current rates.

No. Sorting can be included in the work. Tell us beforehand which items should remain or be set aside.
Can end cleaning be included?
Yes. End cleaning can be added to the quote, with the scope agreed before work begins.
