Terms of service
1. Ordering
Services are ordered through the website, by email or by phone and confirmed in writing.
2. Pricing
The final price is confirmed after assessment. The calculator estimate is not binding.
3. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge 48 hours before the agreed time. Later cancellations may incur a fee.
4. Liability
Vievex is insured. The customer must ensure the property is ready at the agreed time.
5. Payment
Payment is due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
6. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within seven days to info@vievex.fi.
