What data we collect

• Quote requests and enquiries: name, phone, email, address, details about the items and the site, and the content of your message.
• Job applications: name, contact details, location, details of work experience, driving licence, language skills and invoicing method, plus the skills test result and answers.
• Use of the website: necessary cookies. The site does not currently use visitor statistics or analytics.

Why we process data

• To prepare quotes, agree on jobs and invoice (contract and pre-contractual steps).
• To process job applications (the applicant's request and legitimate interest).
• For bookkeeping (legal obligation).
• To improve the website (consent).

How long we keep data

• Quote requests that did not lead to an order: 12 months.
• Customer data and invoices: 6 years under the Finnish Accounting Act, accounting books 10 years.
• Job applications: 12 months, unless otherwise agreed with the applicant.

Who we share data with

We do not sell data. Data is processed on our behalf by service providers we need for the website and email to work: website hosting and publishing (Lovable), database and server functions (Lovable Cloud), email notifications (Lovable Emails and Google Gmail), management of customer requests (Notion), address suggestions (Photon / komoot, OpenStreetMap data) and font delivery (Google Fonts). Some providers may be located outside the EU. In that case transfers are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, to request its deletion, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent. Contact us: info@vievex.fi.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
